Terms of Use
By purchasing products and/or using the services of Endless Wine in any manner, the Customer represents that he/she has read, understand, and agrees to all terms and conditions set forth in the Agreement, and that he/she is at least 21 years old and has the legal ability to engage in a contract in the State of California. If the Customer does not accept the Agreement and all terms and conditions set forth within, he/she should not purchase or use, in any manner, the products and/or services from Endless Wine or, if he/she has already purchased products and/or services, he/she should contact Endless Wine immediately to terminate the Agreement. It is further understood that the Agreement is subject to change from time-to-time, in whole or in part, without prior notice.
