2010 La Merika Pinot Noir
Region: Central Coast

This pinot exhibits aromas of cloves, vanilla and red berries that are united by well-balanced flavors of cherries and jam.  Enjoy with grilled salmon, lamb or  spicy sausage penne pasta.

This wonderfully balanced Chardonnay opens with tropical fruit aromas followed by flavors of melon and toasted oak. Enjoy with honey glazed salmon or turkey burgers topped with caramelized onions.

2006 Rio Seco Syrah
Region: Paso Robles

Medium purple color, bright, clean and youthful. Reminds us a Beaujolais. On the nose, a rush of cherry and a hint of blackberry. The palate is the real pay-off. Black cherry and a hint of smoke and pepper. Stylistically, this Syrah has an elegant characteristic but on the finish, the pepper and spice tricks the palate into thinking you are drinking a Zin or Shiraz. Pair this with a rich pasta dish that features a red sauce such as Eggplant Parmigiana or with a great Wood Fired Pizza on Friday night. Alc. 15.9%.

This Super Tuscan style wine will leave your mouth reveling for more celebration. It has incredible aromas of fresh tar, espresso beans and a touch of licorice with flavors of bittersweet chocolate, plum, blackberry and vanilla to finish. Spicy orecchiette pasta with Italian sausage and red tomato sauce would be the perfect combination to celebrate with.

The Lodestone is crimson in color in the glass with a full body characterized by rich black cherry and plum fruit with a hint of licorice. This wine is an amazing compliment to grilled steak, rabbit and cheese.
